Eighteen years of experience completing energy analysis for residential and commercial building California energy code compliance. We actively work with our clients to ensure that an optimal selection of compliance measures has been chosen. Specializing in going beyond the energy code. · For residential projects we have the EPA ENERGY STAR Qualified Homes, USGBC LEEDforHomes and Build It Green GreenPoint Rated programs. · For commercial buildings we assist our clients in their pursuit of USGBC LEED NC certification and or PG&E’s Savings by Design programs. Green building consulting for commercial and residential buildings. We have completed work on multiple certified LEED projects. Currently we are working on a diverse mix of for-profit and non-profit residential projects including subdivisions and multi-family housing under the Build it Green – GreenPoint Rated program. Offering comprehensive building energy analysis for both residential and commercial buildings. Studies can include complete onsite audits, utility bill review, tailored energy retrofit programs, and life cycle cash flow analysis. Complete commercial photovoltaic system design, estimation and cost analysis. We are available to project manage new PV installations as well. Sustainable building investigations include site feasibility review, and or building energy modeling for passive or active solar applications. We use international known and award winning NREL’s Energy 10 and Natural Resources Canada RETScreen software. |
