Ms. Meisinger is a recent graduate from Sonoma State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Energy Management and Design with a minor in Business Administration. She started at Gilleran Energy Management as an intern and has become a full time member of the energy consulting team. She is passionate about the conservation of energy and the science behind sustainable building. She has substantial experience with Energypro, a software package used to simulate building energy consumption and demonstrate code compliance of residential and commercial buildings. She is also certified as a HERS rater and continues to expand her green building credentials. .

As an energy analyst at Gilleran Energy Management, Alaina Piskor is utilizing her skillset by focusing on Title 24 code compliance and documentation for various building types. Alaina is a recent graduate from Sonoma State’s Environmental Studies- Energy Management and Design program. Alaina’s holistic view of sustainability can be attributed to her experience as a certified Permaculture Designer. Growing up in a rural landscape fostered Alaina’s affection for nature and her aspiration to preserve resources through green building principals. Working at GEM has provided her with an opportunity to perform work that makes a positive difference and she is motivated to reduce energy consumption one project at a time.

Mr. McConkie is a graduate of Sonoma State University’s B.S. Energy Management and Design program. Since joining the GEM team in July 2013, Tim has earned credentials from CalCERTS, the Building Performance Institute, and Build it Green; certifying him as a whole-house HERS rater, Multifamily Building Analyst and a Green Point Rater. Tim’s field expertise in Multifamily buildings includes: auditing, field verifications and diagnostic testing, as well as performance testing and combustion safety inspections. Tim also provides energy modeling and reporting for utility incentives and tax credit application projects. Before joining GEM, Tim worked with a project developer specializing in renewable energy solutions for governments, school districts, and non-profit building clients.

Kimberly Beltran has been immersed in deep energy retrofit and renewable energy implementation in northern California for over 8 years. During that time she attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy Management and Design from Sonoma State University. Kimberly has successfully facilitated over forty Energy Upgrade California residential retrofit projects, reducing energy consumption and helping the county move towards energy reduction targets. With a desire to expand her skills to include the full range of energy management tools beyond the residential sector, she joined the Gilleran Energy Management team last year and is helping to provide energy solutions for a broad range of projects.

Mr. Blankenbecler has over 6 years of experience in energy management. Eros joined GEM in the summer of 2013. His work at GEM includes Single-family and Multifamily building auditing, testing and verification of energy features, combustion safety testing, energy modeling, and Green Building program documentation for tax credit projects. Eros is certified as a BPI Analyst, CEM, and HERS Rater. Prior to joining GEM, Eros worked managing commercial lighting retrofits for a utility incentive program and analyzing climate action plans for municipalities.

Ms. Williams’ primary responsibilities with Gilleran Energy Management are T24 energy compliance documentation and green building measures. Collette has over 20 years of diversified experience in engineering, energy efficiency, and design. With a deep love of the natural environment she enjoys bringing her practical and analytical skills to a team focused on quality and sustainability. She works with clients to create efficient solutions to complex challenges and is particularly skilled in green and sustainable building practices. She is a member of the Sierra Green Building Association and participates in other professional and green building initiatives.

Mr. Gilleran has 22 years of broad-based experience in energy engineering and management. As an Energy Management professional, Kevin has supported commercial, residential and public sector projects with sound, cost effective solutions to their building and funding challenges. He has worked on a wide range of complex projects including: extensive building energy modeling with a focus on Federal Tax Credits, Utility Incentives as well as LEED® documentation and certification management. He has completed comprehensive commercial, industrial and residential audits, energy service project development, measurement and verification of projected ESCO energy savings, solar PV project development from site surveys through project commissioning, sustainable green building consultations for LEED® projects and building commissioning services. Mr. Gilleran has been president of Gilleran Energy Management for 12 years.

Mr. Pierce has applied his background in both engineering and architecture and 20 years of professional experience to energy efficiency and related fields. He has successfully completed more than a dozen Municipal Climate Action Plans for California cities. Related work includes leading a utility sponsored initiative to harness historical utility data for Sonoma County municipalities to develop comprehensive project implementation strategies to meet emissions reduction and energy cost savings targets. His service as Councilmember and Mayor of the City of Sebastopol, CA has provided insight into one of the more complex decision making processes in the technical services field. His public service includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Transportation Authority which included direct involvement in the development of the Sonoma County Comprehensive Transit Plan, one of the first to incorporate aggressive greenhouse gas reduction goals and the specific measures to be applied to the transportation sector.

Christine Condon is an energy efficiency, green building and sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience. Ms. Condon specializes in complex projects involving energy and water efficiency,
renewable energy, indoor air quality, green materials selection, waste management, and sustainable site analysis. Ms. Condon has a specialized expertise in the area of measurement and verification and energy modeling for existing building upgrades, building design, site analysis and building systems commissioning. Her professional experience also includes work in sustainable food service, sustainable agriculture and commercial composting. Her work with Gilleran Energy Management has been focused on project management and analysis and documentation for a variety of programs including; commercial and residential LEED® for new construction and existing building operations, commercial and residential CALGreen and Title 24 energy code compliance, California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTAC) Low Income Multifamily programs including California Utility Allowance Calculations. Ms. Condon has been with Gilleran Energy Management since 2007.
