California Energy-Smart Homes provides incentives for new residential construction and alterations to adopt advanced energy measures and transition to all-electric construction. This all-electric residential program offers a streamlined solution to support California’s climate change objectives to reduce greenhouse gases by 40% by 2030. Incentives for above-code buildings with existing plans for gas installation are also available.
Gilleran Energy Management offers full assistance with this program. Dear friends, clients, colleagues and collaborators,
Our team hopes that you are all staying safe and well during this time of crisis.
The situation is fast changing, and Gilleran Energy Management, Inc. is taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of our clients and our staff. We are committed to providing continued service to our clients while abiding by the recommendations or orders from the CDC, WHO and other local governing agencies. We have spent the last month taking proactive and precautionary steps to keep everyone safe while still moving our projects forward efficiently. Things are not business as usual, but we are happy to report that we are now set up to work remotely from the safety of our homes.
There have been some delays and/or inconveniences while we made this transition, we apologize for that. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to adjust to the new “normal”. Most importantly we appreciate your business and choosing to work with our committed group of energy and green building consultants to achieve your goals.
We will continue to monitor the fluid situation as changes continue to occur on a daily basis. Counties in the Bay Area have further restricted work, as of April 1, on construction sites unless they are considered an essential service i.e. affordable housing, medical or government related projects. Our team will continue to shelter in place and will correspond remotely whenever possible. We have created and adapted some industry policies that allow remote site visits via live video and audio as well as the use of photo-documentation. As things change, we will continue to update you.
Please feel free to contact Kevin with any questions or concerns.
Warm regards,
Kevin, Sam, Kim Beltran, Michael, Samantha, Ian, Kim Carpico and Christie
