Meet the Team

We approach our craft with skill by keeping up-to-date on the latest green building and energy efficiency solutions in real-time. Once contracted, one of GEM’s analysts will be assigned to a project from design all the way through completion. Working hand in hand with multi-party design and construction teams we bring time-sensitive information to the field. We provide transparent, ongoing communication to lead implementation of green building and energy efficiency goals on time and budget.

At GEM, we make it our mission to be an advocate for the client—closely collaborating before design begins all the way through building occupancy. We identify areas that need attention to reach our client’s project goals, working with the project team to create actionable steps to achieve the expected objectives whether its comfort, indoor health, energy cost savings or green house reductions.
