Ian Busch is an Energy Analyst at GEM. As an advocate for the client, he works with interdisciplinary design and construction teams to integrate green building and energy efficiency project goals. His collaborative, process-oriented approach in managing a project from start to finish is delivered through a process-oriented approach to fully integrate all stake holders’ viewpoints in the planning and construction processes. This methodical approach ensures buildings comply with California building energy code standards for Title-24 and CALGreen programs. If a project goal is to deliver energy performance standards above the minimum code requirements he is also versed in a variety of other green building and energy efficiency programs.
