Chief Empowerment Officer

I’m Alice. My initial interview here was not conventional. I think it was my energetic lovable nature that won the team over. It could have also been that I taught everyone my personal secret to making their work more successful – to lighten up. Little did Kevin Gilleran know, I was establishing myself as the CEO (chief empowerment officer). It is hard work making everyone happy. I have found when I let them give me a massage, a treat, or let them scratch behind my ears it makes them happy. It makes me happy too, which is nice.
