In 2026, Pete Kennedy joined the Gilleran team, bringing established client relationships from the Monterey Bay region and expanding services across Northern and Central California.
Pete is an experienced project manager with a strong ability to interpret complex—and at times conflicting—green building requirements while supporting multidisciplinary teams in achieving project goals. He is known for clear, consistent management of site testing and verification, ensuring buildings perform as designed and that all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.
Pete has also led the development of new services in ongoing energy management, supporting the full lifecycle monitoring of building portfolios and assisting general contractors in the field. He specializes in multifamily affordable housing certification and has partnered with several of the state’s largest housing developers to deliver safe, high-performance housing for communities in need.
